Göl Panorama Istanbul

Göl Panorama, which is located on a land of 95 thousand square meter, is being actualized with an investment of 530 million TL. With the guarantee of Emlak Konut GYO (Real Estate Investment Company) that is the subsidiary of TOKİ, there will be 1.431 houses and 40 commercial units shall be brought to use with Göl Panaroma Houses of which construction is being continued in the opposite of Bahçeşehir by BeMa İnşaat.

Göl Panorama, which is in the advantageous location in terms of transportation, is just beside the TEM highway and 5 km away from E5 Highway, 13 km to Atatürk Airport, 30 km to Third Airport and 40 km to Third (Bosphorus) Bridge.
